Building the structure in a controlled environment while preparing the land at the same time eliminates delays due to adverse weather and reduces the construction schedule. In fact, According to a joint study conducted by The American Institute of Architects and the Modular Building Institute, the construction timeline is reduced up to 45%! Over 97 Years Of Innovation

Our companies roots started nearly 100 years ago when Christo Georgiades immigrated form Greece to the United States. His son, George Georgiades subsequently founded a local construction business servicing Los Angeles. At the age of 14, our founder, Philip Georgiades would spend his summers apprenticing for his grandfather. What began as digging ditches for the family business, turned into a passion for architecture, engineering, and design. When not working on the jobsite. he would tinker in the shop building custom model rockets, structural components, and fiberglass skim-boards. In his early adulthood, he began a real estate career assisting veterans and first time homebuyers achieve low cost home ownership. Seeking a way to reduce the lack of entry level housing, he started to develop real estate. Not satisfied with the status quo and frustrated with the time it takes to build a home, Blue View was created to offer quality construction and speed to market.
